I've seen various people post what they've learned about penis size and heredity either from observations, family stories, or even scientific studies.

Post what you know about penis size and heredity! Pictures, comments, comparisons of guys you know are related.

Here's an interesting article.

Is Penis Size Genetic?

Thoughts?

I would guess it's got a genetic 'allowance' & the mothers diet & environment allow or limit the full potential - in the womb. Diet & environment of the lad for the first 20 years likely also has influence. Pretty sure by 22 it's all written - IMO.

What exactly is the point of this thread? "Hey, let's gather unsubstantiated anecdotes when the actual answers (so far as they are known) are laid out clear as day in a linked article"?
LPSG isn't exactly a scientific journal to share double blind research. If people want to bounce some fantasy off each other, so be it. No need to take offense. The world is both left brain AND right brain. Enjoy the contrasts, it's a curiosity.

The thing is, facts matter. Opinions are not of the same value as facts, especially opinions--like, for example, yours--which are flatly contradicted by evidence.

No one is debating the value of facts versus opinions. All evolution was saying, as far as I can tell, is that sometimes it's still interesting to hear the experiences of others. I agree that the article is the best and most fitting answer, but that doesn't mean that the experiences of others aren't of their own value or that any sort of rudeness towards people sharing or enjoying them is warranted or justified.

Glad I was so very, very clear in my post that my opinion was - opinion.
I would be interested in the evidence you mention that flatly contradict 'diet & environment' having an influence on the development of humans.

I'm not too clear on your vibrant passion on this matter. I get you don't like the thread.
But when you say " the actual answers (so far as they are known) are laid out clear as day in a linked article", well I disagree.
That article is from FATHERLY. This is Fatherly's "about us" statement:
"Fatherly is the leading digital media brand for dads. Our mission is to empower men to raise great kids and lead more fulfilling adult lives. From original video series and deep dive reports to podcasts and events, Fatherly offers original reporting, expert parenting advice, and hard-won insights into a challenging, but profoundly rewarding stage of life."
Hardly a scientific keystone.
Also note that article is full of qualifiers such as below:
"Scientists aren’t sure.."
" some experts suspect"
"once we really do know just how genes influence physical outcomes,"

To the point I made about diet & environment having an influence on humans over and above genetics - here is a synopsis of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome posted on Web MD.
https://www.webmd.com/baby/fetal-alcohol-syndrome
"Alcohol -- including wine, beer, and liquor -- is the leading preventable cause of birth defects in the U.S."
"To diagnose FAS, doctors look for unusual facial features, lower-than-average height and/or weight, small head size, problems with attention and hyperactivity, and poor coordination."

I think that supports my supposition that a mothers diet can have an influence over genetic predisposition.

I think we've run our course on this. I'll just agree we see things differently. I've tried to explain my view, you'll take it as you choose based on your life experiences. Enjoy your evening.

Not sure who you're supposedly translating, as no one said anything of the sort, as far as I can tell. lol. Of course, I've been in class all morning, so my brain might be fried and I could have misread. In any case, thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Father, Son, Grandfather... all have different maternal lines by definition.

For some reason, I really digging this idea of a nude family portrait, especially across generations like this. would be interesting to see one for the females of the family as well.

Some are just unlucky. My father and lil bro both wear magnum condoms. I have seen the wrappers. I guess if you got lucky ya got lucky. I got the short end of the straw so to speak. I do think it has to do with nutrition somewhat though. Mostly genetic hit or miss though.

Penis size is definitely genetic, why wouldn’t it be? Same as any other genetic trait. I look like my parents, I’ve gone grey early like my dad, I have big legs like my dad, I have wavy hair like my mum, I have blue eyes like my mom. Shall I go on?
