I’m looking at penis sleeves to help maintain an erection during penetration.
My dick length is 18cm/7”, most sleeves I've seen online are to increase length and girth; would I be able to use one comfortably?

I’d prefer one with a ball strap to help keep it on
Do they also work as a condom to catch sperm?
What about additional texture to increase sensitivity for me and my partner?
