penis sore after using jelq roller

hi, i have been using the jelq roller for a about 1 week and a half now and my dick is always sore after a session. i wonder if this is normal. it feels like a muscle ache. tender and sore. mm.

I'd ease up a bit and suggest you give yourself a chance to rest between sessions.

Please post your workout regimen so that we can help you better. Vulcan is right- rest is definitely a must if you're overtrained.

I have the jelq roller also.. I tried to use it once, and threw it away..
THe hand is much better for feedback.

I use my hand to jelq and its way better to get the feel for when to stop.
unfortunately it usually end up in me blowing my load!!! hehehehe.
I can feel my head enlarging and it lasts for a day or two. I luv the feeling of my hand hitting a large knob as an end stop!.
When i hand jelq i can keep it semi erect for about 2 hours until i get the need to release. what a feeling!!! BANG!!! GONE!!

of course it's gonna hurt if you're gonna crank on it with that roller, you need to take it easy until you get use to the thing. I too prefer the free hand method, that is if shes got a free hand....
