can i post a question asking about penis surgery,
mainly its about Home
how dr lee hang fu on his procedure Penis Widening:At the Aesthetic Avenue, we do not use any fat grafts or synthetic materials. Our patent pending minor surgical internal reconstruction procedure is simple and focuses on the natural progression of self-enlargement. The more erection the penis gets, the larger the penis will grow. The enlargement process is so natural, there are no lumps or bumps, no distortion, normal appearance with normal sensation, and undetectable surgical scars.

Has anyone heard of this actually giving reasults
has anyone tried this
thanks

What they may be doing is weakening the tunica. The tunica is a sheath of striated muscle which encloses the three spongy tissue tubes (the corpus cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum) which comprise the erectile parts of the penis. It has been observed that when men suffer a fracture of the penis, which causes a tear in the tunica, one of the results is significantly increased girth. By cutting into the tunica and weakening it, the physician is allowing the spongy parts to expand beyond the limit of the tunica.

Whether this is safe or what the long term effects are, I don't know.

I'd stay away from surgery. If for no other reason than what if it goes wrong?
