I met a man last January or February--its a hazy time to remember--who had a double tattooing thing going on. He had a stunning one on his foreskin of a skyscraper and then when rolling back the skin aniother scene was revealed which was I would figure very painfully etched in. It was comprised of top and bottom chain linking all the way around and an image of a man who went from thin and wrinkled to rather large and robust with a whip. I played with him for a few days in awe of how it worked and his reload powers. I have seen two otheres with tattoos but nothing else as impressive as he was.

(He was also quite tasty, The only bad thing was he was into bondage--which explained his main shaft tattoo-- which I don't go for)

Cigarbabe and I have inquired at several tat places about getting one done on me.They either refused to do it or it was extremely expensive.Another artiste said that the skin is too loose to get a good result.

I can't imagine that a tattoo on a penis would be sexy... I've seen them done before and it really does nothing for me... and depending on what it is, it can be a total turn off. If a guy is going to do anything to his penis at all, I prefer piercings. Also, I can't imagine how much pain that would be... ungodly is my guess. Ouch.

I've seen it up close and personal, my other tats hurt so much, I would not even consider it, ( but I said that about body piercing and tatoos about ten years ago)
If you are going to go for it I reccomend a vicadin before you start
