There's no actual evidence that this was a transplant. In fact the last two photos look more like a traumatic abdominal injury than a transplant.

And, btw, those aren't transplant photos. The surgical lines clearly show that there was catastrophic damage to the groin area, and that it was repair work.

Transplants and reconstruction are much tidier than this. That is, unless this was done in a backroom of a grocery store in Manila.
