In the quest for a larger penis I think I’ve found a short cut. I’ve done PE for about 20 years and have gained 1.5-2” in length and 1.5-2” + in girth. I’ve used a penis pump on and off for years and enjoyed the results. I’ve used extenders but never wore them that long or frequent. I bought a suction extender last year and it was quite comfortable but I didn’t use it each day . I hung weights years ago using a foreskin restoration device (tlc tugger) and it helped but was painful to do an hour.
There are plenty of studies that show time under tension leads to a larger penis.
Then I stumbled upon the chaingang.com and their “ball weights”. I bought a few sizes to experiment with and use when I’m pumped and non pumped . I use a 30mm by 20mm and 32 by 20 daily and hang them before my foreskin. I have a standing desk and get 4-5 hours in a day. It keeps me stretched out to 5.5-6.5” or so most of the day. Comfortable and may also lead to some lymph fluid build up. This adds some size flaccid and erect but mainly reduces pump time. You can also use a latex sleeve to add more size /traction for weights.
My unpumped erect gains bone pressed in the past year went from 8 to 8.25”. I also slam the end of my 9” tube and had to buy a 11” for comfort.
My flaccid size is 5.5-6” without the weights when it’s warm out . If I stopped doing PE today I would be totally happy with the results I’ve achieved.
Non pumped size is 8.25 bone pressed by 7” at the base. I picked up some girth this year midshaft.
Anyhow , if you just want a larger flaccid gain I would go with the donut weights.
