1. yes, there are different sizes; especially if you buy the type with snaps. It can be made several inches larger or smaller.
2. I stretch out the cock ring and put it over both my cock and balls. It ends up tight up against my pubic area. I do include my balls; some people don't
3. keeps my cock hard!
4. if worn too long and is too tight, the blood flow may turn your cock dark blue or purple.
