Taint - there is no common english word for this body area. Taint is a contraction of "It ain't" which is a slightly achaic form of "It isn't". As in it isn't the cock and it isn't the arse. It's also sometimes called the Tween, because it's between the cock and the anus. Ladies have them too, though theirs is shorter, 'tween their pussy and their anus.
