I've been through every post in this forum and i really can't understand why there's no one conclusive answer. Is PE a real thing? Some say that you can only gain perm girth with pumps and that length is achievable with jelqs. Some say it's all a lie and that I haven't gained anything after years of keeping a routine.

What's your personal experience with those techniques? Which one gave you long term gains?

I don't keep any special routine, but I do dedicate 5 mins every morning for either jelqs, stretches or pumping. I do have harder and more often erections and my flaccid is a lot bigger.

A 5 min routine is enough for EQ enhancements. It takes longer and more work to permanently increase size. My daily session time is about 90 min currently.

"Pressure" (actually vacuum or negative pressure) is in PSI (pounds per square inch) and, technically are "gauge" readings, which use atmospheric pressure as the "0" reference point. Normally -15 PSI is my max for a session, but I occasionally push it to 20. Because pumping stretches skin, some discomfort will occur ... stop when you get to that point. After quite a number of sessions, you'll be able to tolerate increases. I'd recommend newbies start at a max of 5 PSI and then slowly increase over weeks until you reach a tolerable comfort level. But, as with muscle building, the point of slight discomfort is where the growth takes place!

I think it makes sense to keep light tension going in an all day stretcher too, when not doing serious stuff

When I'm home for an extended time I usually wear two 120g rings at the base of my dick. They're are too bulky to wear under clothing. I also have an ~180g magnetic cockring I've started wearing at home on and off.

The result of 2 years of some kind of weight almost every waking moment is that my dick now spends MUCH more time at the long end than it does at the short end. AND wearing just one 60g ring keeps it at 4.5-5" 90% of the time.

There's actually been a small increase in girth. When I started I wore a 26mm ring. Now I can wear 2 28mm rings and they don't fall off. But I don't count that as meaningful.

I've not noticed any increase in erect length nor have I measured above 5" often enough to call it a gain.

However, if you want your dick to spend more time at its natural max length, I strongly recommend light weight every waking moment.

PE is not real .after puberty your done for..

priapism is real though,the huge get even bigger .. the guy(s) with the largest penis have this in common..



if you have the ischemic priapism: your are screwed and most likely will not be able to get hard basically it's a permanent big softy...(also can lead to amputation due to the 'lack' of blood flow) and mostly like to be in a deformed shape...

Yes this but people here are saying even starting 4.5 length and girth to 7.5 length and close girth. That's insane that's almost my starting size now. The person who said that is pornstar size that started at a very small length. I dont think it's possible without extreme pumping and surgery. I believe half inch to an inch is possible though. I've done enough research just haven't gone through with the heavy stuff.

Think of PE as a long term activity and you will obtain significant permanent gains after several years.
In my case, I've gained just under an inch in girth and almost 2 inches in erect length but that took 20 years of regular PE mixed with long breaks.
Your body adapts to stresses by adding or enlarging cells, look at obese people and piercings that stretch ears etc. the penis is no different and will adapt to constant tension or consistent stresses applied to it by increasing in size.

It's the internet. People have vested interest in either selling you products to make your dick bigger or just living some fantasy and lying to people.

I spent some time over at mattersofsize.com. The owner of that site - claims to have an 11 inch dick or something. And that he achieved it from PE. And yet he never posts a clear picture of himself. And people believe it. And buy penis enlargement products off his site. And if you question anything, you're banned. If I had a dick that big I'd do everything in my power to prove it was real. And I'd show it off!

Other sites like PEGYM are more sensible and there's much more realistic information there.

At the end of the day though - everyone is different. You may be able to stretch your ligaments more than the next guy and get some actual length. Etc.

But as a general rule of thumb...if you're walking in to PE thinking you're gonna add multiple inches to your dick you're gonna be disappointed. The perspective I have now is that your dick needs exercise just like the rest of your body. And PE is that exercise. It's great for overall penis health. Your dick is gonna look and feel bigger from increased erection quality. Sex and cumming is gonna feel better. And all of those are good enough reasons to do PE by themselves.

Adding significant length and girth that can't be attributed to just better erections though, if possible at all, is going to take many many years of dedication.

Sure. Once my dick is dry after my morning shower I slide on two 28mm (60g ea.) glans rings I bought on eBay. That's it. I wear them all day. I switch with a 0.9" wide one I bought from gearessentials.com

Again, the big difference I've noticed is that my dick spends a lot more time at the long end of its short <--> long cycle. Before I started it ran from 2" to 5" with time spent at any given length seeming to be pretty much equal. NOW, I'd say it spends 80% of its time above the 3.5" midpoint, not 50% like before. That's without a ring. If I put on my daily wear rings, it seems to go to 4" and stay there pretty much all the time.

I know for a fact it works but convincing people is a moot point. If they don't believe they never will and will usually quit fast and it will confirm their bias.

I find guys who fail at PE for whatever reason are the ones who are most aggressive and adamant that it doesn't work but there are tons of people who it has worked. Are all of them liars or trying to sell you something? Doubt it.

Sounds like your PE experience is similar to mine with similar gains. I have reached the point where I'm generally satisfied with my size and only slightly motivated to reach my original goal, I now only pump during a bath a few times per week, gains are still coming but very slowly, I'm no longer in any rush to gain size.
Did you reach your size goal? What made you give up PE?
