Might as well throw my hat in the ring... yes PE is permanent. Typically when you stop you will lose a about .25 in length and .125 in girth but the rest is permanent
I have been practicing PE for quite some time. I have done almost everything , stretches, jelqs, pumping, hanging extending and clamping.
I started at around 6.25 inches along the curve in 2013.
I am now 8.25 along the curve in 2021.
Girth went from 4.75 mid shaft to 5.75 midshaft
I did not practice PE for those full 8 years. 18 months from 18 months in the beginning where I got to about 7.5 and took a break because I was plenty big enough for my now wife at the time.
Then in 2019 I started again I wanted to be huge not just big so I started up again and began to log my progression.
Fast-forward 18 months and I now run a subreddit dedicated to penis enlargement

The clone a willy was from last year.
My most recent measurement is a bit generous so I took .25 off for consistency.
