I did Pe exercises for 2 years.
I use Bathmate, for girth and jelqing for length.
Well, if you take 5 min searching how the body is made. You will learn, that there is NO muscular structure in your penis. It's mostly ligament. And ligament will stretch or break (permanent) . You CAN'T gain length. As for girth, it sponge tissue. So yes it can break and create new cell. But to what extent... Not much. Your likely hurt yourself doing so. Gain will be only at the base, since it's the pressure of the blood that break the cell in case of the pumping and the pressure is apply mostly at the base.
BUT !!
Jelqing will create more skin since you pull on it. If your circumcised, in some case, it will remove the skin tightness and limitation of the skin length (pseudo gain).
Jelqing will increase the muscle around the prostate and give you fabulous erection.
Pumping will maximize blood flow.
exercise and maintaining a good sex life will increase your stamina.
All those new factor will maximize your penis size and give you the impression of a bigger sex.
In the case of girth increase of the base of the penis, if not maintain, it will decrease with time.
All in all, PE it a great way to put your penis in fabulous shape.
IT will NOT increase your length or at best, will maximize what you got, losing weight is a better way to get the length hidden by the fat pad.
Since you have a small chance to permanent damage to your precious. You need to go slow and respect yourself.
I encourage to do regular kegel exercise and Jelging if you got time. because It a lot of time consuming.
For my part, I gained fabulous erection, 1,5 inch of skin to covert my circumcised penis and pumping is always a great feeling even if it temporary.
