everybody says this...(lately due to the economy, in my opinion)
its too expensive...sorry, its a button for me, since I am a pilates fitness trainer.
There are ways to make it more affordable.
If you find the trainer you like, find out if he would do a 'duet'.
He/she can charge a bit more, and you and the other client can split the cost.
It's not ridiculous, based on the level of training you desire.
If the trainer is a young kid, and its basically weight training and core training in the gym, then I can see paying less money, depending on where you live.
For me, at my advanced level of training, teaching older guys and gals training is more complicated, due to increased chance of injury, so the trainer needs to charge more due to an increased skillset needed.
£890 for 12 is ridiculous - that must be at a high-end gym in Central London? I wouldn’t pay anymore than I am now, and my PT is the most qualified one at my PureGym branch.
There is no standard to being a PT. There are lots of online PTs so i would try one of them. Personally i feel that by going on google or youtube and filming yourself with a camera or friend doing it you will get the same benefits as a PT
