When reading posts, or getting messages from lads, especially when they're looking to cam, you quite often get lads sayin they're 'perv'. Is it just me or does anyone else automatically assume that means they're either a peado or into dogs and cats or something? I'm pretty vanilla tbf but if anyone messages me saying perv? I instantly get turned off an ain't into talkin to them.

Anyone else had this? If you do talk to 'pervs' what does it usually end up meaning?

I don't think "perv" is quite the pejorative term it once was. I've always heard it used a a verb, i.e., to perv pictures.

If it's used as some obscure term for a specific fetish, then I'm just as lost as you are. I can't always keep up with the changing lingo.

That's true - like when I was younger it usually meant you were into scat or something. But now sometimes wen u ask what someone is into and they respond 'perv, you?' I don't know what the fuck that means!?

You raise an interesting point. I think the term 'perv' can mean different things to different people depending on their own perspective on life. For example, if someone if 'new' to realising they are gay for example and are perhaps not completely comfortable with it or are starting out on experimenting then they may perceive this a being a little 'pervy'. Cruising and having sex in public places park, toilets and so on, to some people that might be viewed as pervy as it does not follow the acceptable behaviour of a society. You could always ask what someones means when they say they are pervy, I guess.
