As someone who has had Peyronie's, I can tell you, no competant Urologist would suggest surgery as the first treatment. The thought of this guy being in surgery the next day after his initial consultation is ludicrous.
Sometimes, Peyronie's gets better on its own. This video clip is likely leaving out huge parts of this guy's story ... like oral treatment, verapamil injections, VED therapy, etc. I seriously doubt his first line treatment was surgery.
