Recently I came down with Peyronies. I have the Hook shape and reduced penis both length and diameter. My urologolist doesn't care for the nonsurgical options. I don't know if anyone has any experience in the surgical options. If you do I like to hear your story.

I have no direct personal experience. I was, amongst other things, a sex therapist before retiring. My information is that surgical repair of Peyronie's tends to reduce the length of the erect penis by about an inch. However, it may be that in the last five years the technique has improved and loss of length may be less than that now.
