watch Extreme Male Beauty on Channel 4oD, amazing series on male enhancement which includes segments on PE and phalloplasty. they clearly let it be known that nearly all phalloplasties are done incorrectly and ruin the subject's ability to have an erection, etc.

seriously though, it doesn't really seem like you need to even begin to consider any regimen of enlargement...

Hey Dino if you want to enlarge your penis then there's no problem. I will go with other posters, you DON'T need any enlargement what so ever. But if that's what YOU want, then go for it.

But why surgery?
There is a chance with surgery you might lose your penis. Do you want that to happen?

You going to spend so much money, take a risk and all the hassle. For what? An inch?
That's it?... That's definitely not worth it.

I started doing PE exercises Dec08 (20 years old, same age as you when you started wishing for a bigger c0ck. I guess it's around that age huh ). For two years I added 1.5inch length and around .5 inch girth. And I wasn't going hard on those exercises I was slacking here an there. And not to mention I didn't have a healthy fit body like yours. (yes a healthy fit body gains faster with PE exercise if everything done properly)

Trust me, enlarging your penis is possible. The things that you need to achieve your goal is time, patience, discipline and try to be very well organized. I promise you in no time you will be amazed.

And plus, PE is not just about adding size. Nope.
First, you will get a much harder and healthier erection. That means also when you get older you don't need Viagra to get it up, doing regular PE your penis will have no problem getting hard.

Second, you can improve your stamina like crazy. You will become a porn star.

So please reconsider that stupid surgery. Surgeries like these are one of the main reasons why they don't want to approve of PE exercises. Do you really think the doctor will tell you to go back home and do simple easy exercises to gain unlimited inches on your penis while he gets NOTHING? Get real.

And just for the record, have you read the Guinness World Record book 2009?
There is article about the guy who enlarged his penis by 5 inches or so. He did the surgery and gained one inch, then exercised and gained another 4 inches.
You can find it on this forums, it was posted by Big-Al. You can search it up.

Good luck. And if you need anything feel free to PM any time.

This is one place I have a great deal of experience. For over a decade I have been involved with finding help for men who have experienced the aftermath of these procedures when they have gone horrifically wrong.

If and that is a big IF because most procedures are NOT done correctly, you are one of the fortunate ones the only thing that changes is the erection angle, NOT the erection ability.

So few of these procedures when the patients are interviewed 5 years later have in truth gone well. There are more people with problems than without them.

Now, the world record stuff is completely understandable. When the surgeon cuts and does alterations in the ligament structures of the penis as part of the procedure he removes the obstacles to stretching which are in fact the ligament structures and the penile web.

I am not a fan of the manual manipulation techniques either, but, when compared against the percentage of problems caused by scalpels the percentage of problems taking place with your hand or even a vacuum pump are small.

Can you injure yourself doing manual manipulation techniques? The answer is yes you can. However the odds and the percentage on this one are with you and your education and control of what you are doing.

Your ability to have success with the manual manipulation techniques or any form of stretching depends entirely on the structure and strength of your own individual ligament structures. There is no 100% method that will work for everybody.

Some who do not respond to manual manipulation techniques (jelq/kagel) do respond to vacuum pumping and vice-versa.

I would state with little doubt that I would go along with those advocating these techniques as a first step.

Dude, I helped a guy from Nashville TN, after a $10,000 PE surgical procedure made a 5" penis into a 3" penis. A number of other scamming crooked MD's operated again and again and turned this poor guy into a mess. I found him help and it took three procedures and $50,000 more to get him fixed. He had that kind of money and he was able to spend it without hesitation. Not all of us are that well heeled as far as the bucks and taking chances. I can talk about individual cases because I saw a great deal of the disasters.

Scaffolding procedures done off-shore do not have a safety record that is any better than the techniques practiced here. They can be effective BUT they are extremely invasive surgically so the chances for infection are increased by a wide margin and if one is prone to scar tissue formation chances for problems increase even more. If that procedure had been great, Perovic and his associate would have brought it to the U.S.. It remained in countries with little legal protection for U.S. citizens for a reason. Perovic and company had been in business for over 10 years. The cost by the way on the Scaffolding procedure he "pioneered" was no bargain. One has to factor in the transportation and lodging costs and constantly changing currency values. That factored in he varied from about the same to considerably higher and you have zero legal standing if it goes wrong if you are a U.S. citizen.

One more thing. . . . .

Right now there are some possibilities of doing PE using genetic material and making changes that way. Stem cells are but one of several methods under investigation and this has potential to by far be the best of anything so far.

Be patient, if you want self improvement I am 100% on your side and I fully support that decision. What I do not support is the beginning of what often becomes a saga of great financial debt and emotional trauma when these go wrong. I care, I have seen too many of these. . . .

Very nice advice FuzzyKen.

Yes injuries all depend on you. Just like training at the gym. If you miss your warm-ups or over train you're gonna get injured. But remember we are not talking about back muscles, biceps, etc ( don't get me wrong, all body parts are important). But we talking about your penis here lol. So be very very very extra careful when doing these exercises.

Good luck

Oh wow... thanks soooooo much guys for all the ridiculously thoughtful and educational posts and effort you've put in here, i'm very greatful, and i have no doubt has helped completely reshape my opinion of these surgical procedures! I can guarantee i now WON'T be getting any surgery done in that department, ever!

I didn't know about those PE methods you can do at home, and i didn't notice the sticky thread about them here, so i've had a good read through on the subject and might give that a try and hope that works. :)

So any of you guys definitely report genuine personal gains using those methods?

Umm. Why? You're already hanging down to your damn knees... do you want to be able to tuck into your shoe or something? Have you given the thought to the possibility of 'athletes dong'?
LOL! ... that made me chuckle! :biggrin1: ...Nice pics by the way! ;)
