Yup. It's the honest truth. The most upsetting thing to me is, well besides wasting 350$, i reached out to the company, voiced my complaint. I said simply "look, the pieces dont fit me, I can't use this with what you sent me... I paid a lot of money for this device that is useless now, just send me the pieces that DO fit me. And hopefully the problem should be resolved."
reasonable request, right? instead of satisfying the customer with a simple request and gaining goodwill, they denied me and when I asked for a refund, they denied that too. Apparently in Germany or wherever they are, The customer is NOT always right.
I gave them an opportunity to get goodwill ... and they refused it.
BTW, what product have you bought that does NOT allow for a refund? it's crazy! and i guess because it's in a different country, nobody will get me a refund.
So as a device, company and product, I would NOT recommend wasting 350$ on this. Learn from my mistake! Buyer beware!!!!
