I figured that's what he meant, but I wanted to be sure.

But it's hardly "a mess". It is their right to have their content removed from here.
I'm surprised some of the content lasts as long as it does. And I'm thankful for that is does.
Oh, I’m grateful. Don’t get it twisted or judge. But geez, I posted for people to follow his IG account with a standard clothed pic of him that’s on his IG and his team removed it. I was like “Damn, I can’t even promote him.” Lol

It doesn't matter where they post their photos, behind a paywall or not ... OnlyFans, Twitter, Instagram ... whatever. They still own the copyright to the content and can request that it be removed via DMCA Takedown Notices.

Some content providers only request OF content be removed, some content providers request all of their content to be removed. It's their choice.

I hear Ya. It happens all over LPSG, not just this thread. I was victim of this in another thread. Some people just don't get that the only bad publicity is no publicity...and free publicity is the best kind of all.

Not to get argumentative, but there isn't really any actual copyright on photos or videos You take with Your phone and post online. As a songwriter, I know that a real copyright costs money - and has to be applied for through the Library of Congress here in the U.S. These people call their online content "intellectual property" and scream the dreaded "DMCA!" when they see it anywhere, but that's not a true copyright. This DMCA bull needs to go away. Soon.

Yes and No. We follow what our lawyer recommends we do. Yes, content should be filed properly to get the actual copyright. That said our lawyer has recommended that when any content owner files a DMCA we should respect it. We don't know who has filed and who hasn't and the only way to challenge and truly find out is to go to court and I'm not prepared to do that for a piece of content posted by an anonymous (in most cases) user.
I can only say that if DMCA is a thorn in the side of many of us LPSG members, then it must be a major headache for You and Your team Mr. LPSG. I know I can speak for many when I say I appreciate all You and the team do in keeping LPSG running.

Share,please...
If they wanted to share it, I'm sure they could have.
Of course, they probably would have risked getting points towards banning if they did.
The entire point of that person letting you know it was on a torrent website, was so that you could do it yourself.
