    Im on the end of week 3 now, and have mix feeling on my results,
    Penis Eength Erect, Bone pressed- 8
    Penis Length Erect, non Bneprss- 7
    flaccid length- 4 / 5
    Erect Gerth- 5.95/6
    Flaccid Gerth- 5

    im hoping to gain a inch in length and girth

    Week 1 routine
    my first week was bad because i didnt take alot of time off , i did 3 days on 1 day off , 2 days on 1 day off.
    Warm up
    50 dry Jelq
    50 wet Jelq
    OM stretches
    Kegels, probly 20 5 seconds holds, and also a bit throughout the day
    warm down

    - Felt bigger, i think had bigger flaccid size.

    Week 2 routine

    I was doing 2 days on , 1 day off, 3 days on 1 day off. i switched stretches b4 jelqs because i was getting 2 hard for stretching
    Warm up
    Om stretches,+ A stretch
    50 dry jelq
    60 wet Jelqs
    Kegels, same amount about, having trouble doing these well after pe
    Warmdown

    - Nothing much maybe feeling a bit bigger, maybe not. i feel positive tho about my workout, i have gotten some small bruises which is a good sign, hard morning wood.

    Week 3 routine

    im doing 2 days on 1 days off now, realizing that when i take those 24 hours off that i think i c more results. havent measured yet offically. also found out about the needing to stretch ur tunica, septum, and ligaments crucial for length so i added some new stretches, inverted stretch i think, where u hold a base tight agaisnt body n pull down over hand similar to an A stretch. Just a couple more internal stretches added really, just so i can really feel it stretching

    Warm up
    Om stretches, A stretch, various other deep internal stretches,
    50 dry jelq
    75-80 wet jelqs
    10-20 r jelqs each hand
    ive done a couple squeezes now 2
    kegels, having trouble doing these after pe, i dont do them hard tho so maybe that has something to do with it
    warmdown

    - it kind of one day i think im gaining, feeling bigger n harder, n then sumtimes, i think im not getting anywhere maybe even losing, but i have been drinking alchool daily over the past 2 weeks so maybe that has something to do with it, also started smoking more, but have been working out more often. i have a good grasp on my workouts i feel everything getting stretched n pressured during work out it feels intense so i think im doing good on it.

    im done my week 3 on sunday, so i think im gonna measure, then 2 more weeks slowly increasing reps, before my week off, hopefully ill have some gains 2 report by the end of the week, and i just need to make sure i take my days off, these r key to success im starting to see.


    FLL- 5 inch
    FLG- 5 1/4 inch
    ELnbp- 7 inch
    Elbp- 8. 15 inch
    EG- 5.95 / 6 inch

    i will update with pics if i see noticeable change

    Great to see another journal here :)

    I would try simplifying it a bit further. There's no need for all of those exercises in one sitting. Some sites out there will display myriad different exercises to isolate one aspect of the penis, but the truth is that there's a lot of overlap involved with basic exercises like the jelq.

    I would recommend that you continue to do stretches, and try doing them after your girth work.

    alright so week 3 is done starting week 4

    i missed my last 3 days of week three, so im simply doing 2 days on 1 day of for the rest of the cycle

    warm up
    50 dry Jelq
    85 wet jelq
    Om stretches. A , V stretch.
    10 or 20 R jelqs each hand(i think these r givin me the small bruises)
    kegels, 20 5 second holds
    warm down

    im noticing on my back to back days that after the first day i have the needle head bruises. so im going to cut back how how intensely i squeeze during my jelqs, flaccid size is looking big after i do PE. dick feels strong n healthy.

    gains at end of week 3.. ive measured my Full erect length non bone pressed and ive gained almost a half inch (3/8) in length. notably my bne pressed length was reduced, non girth changes

    ELnbp- 7.4 inch
    Elbp- 7.9 inch
    EG- 5.95 / 6 inch


    big al i was wondering if when u say by taking a day off, is that just 24 hours in between workouts, or if i workout monday at 6am to 7 am, my 24 hour day off is from mnday 8 am to thuesday at 7 am, and then i could count that as one day off, or shoud i just wait a whole 48 hours to do my next workout if my routine is 2days on 1 off.

    so basically is that one day off just a 24 hour period, or shud i wait a whole day not including the day i workout?/

    figured new routine, 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 day on, 2 day off, keep up this cycle until mid week 5, then start a couple 2 a day PEs

    this pe journal is also a reminder for me, sorry for the multiple posts

    That means you skip a full day. If you train on Monday and choose to take a day off after that, your next session will be on Wednesday.

    ive gained more in flaccid size then anything, ive been switching up the way i order my pe excersises this week,, jelq then stretch, stretch then jelq, and iv noticed that, my jelqing is not as effective after stretching, stretchin is easier to start with but iv dont fell the same workout in my jelqs if i stretch first, so im going to keep jelqs first. and im in week 5 so im going to be doing a couple 2 a days pe.

    week 4
    2days on, 1 day off, 2 days on 2 days off.

    warm up
    Jelqs > stretch
    Stretch > jelq
    kegels
    warm down
    ive been alternating Jelq n Stretching this week

    i dont think ive seen any gains except for a quater inch in flaccid size, n 1/8 inch in flaccid girth

    im going to measure hard tonight

    im on week 5 now

    my week 5 routine 2day one, 1 day off, 2 day on ,2 day off. Then week off 4 week 6
    warm up
    60 dry jelq
    90 wet jelq 3 seconds
    om stretches ( starting to kegel quickly while stretching, ive read it helps stretch better)
    A stretch, 2 15 seconds
    then i move up my shaft n do 1/2 A stretches 2 15 seconds
    V stretch? (inverse of A) 2 15
    move up shafte 1/2 V stretch 2 15 seconds
    also i hold at my base n stretch upward(i have low lot) a couple times
    kegel 5 second squeezes, 20 times, then as much as i can do throughout day
    warm down

    im starting to c a correlation between gains and edging. iv been readin and seein that the more edging u do the better for gains if done properly, n also that ppl who ejaculate after pe dont have as much gains so im trying not to cum when i masterbate and just edge,
    i find when iv been edgin, i go to PONR a couple times, then completely lose my erection almost like ive past the PONR and gone limp. i need help boosting my EQ, and some tips on edging

    ive mesured
    i think i did it wrong tho, but NonBonePressErectLength was past 7 1/2 inches

    erect girth remains same except for base where i think ive gaine a quater inch
    and havent been able to keep it at maximum EQ to get BPRL

    so any edging tips or tactis to help with pe, and keys to better and harder erections, tho i only think i have problems when im edging or masterbating
    take note i smoke 15- 20 cigarettes,at least 2 gs of bud(marihuana,haha) , daily and ive been drinking daily for a month or so. n i know im gonna hear stop drinking n smoking cigs, but any thing else that could help, i drink lots of water 2

    mid week 5, i think i have wet jelqs down, realize that u need to really push u okay grip as close to ur a body as possible before pushing up on ur shaft. I had a intense workout, i can c all the lil spots on my shaft, my dick is hurting a bit tho, its more tnder when i stretch, this week 6 off shud be real good.

    n i mesured 7.6 Non Bone Pressed Length today wohooooo gains of o.6 inches in length thanks for all the help ppls

    As long as you keep making gains AND your EQ maintains or improves then you're on the right track.

    also today after i did my hot wrap for 15 minutes, the spots or bruises on my shaft have completely disappeared , so hot wrap really do get ride of ur problems

    Yes- that and a little massage goes a long way towards eliminating little spots (petechiae).

    alright on the last few days of my week five i missed 3 day, so to finish off my week 5 im doing 2 day straight of 2 a day PEs. Then my week off.

    warm up
    50 dry jelq
    100 wet jelq
    All the stretches i know
    kegel
    warm down
    x2 a day

    im going to mesure all my gains (hopefully) tonight.

    THESE WERE ALL DONE DURING AN EDGIN SESSION.

    i cud see my dick getting bigger while edgin, or the tape measure did at least, because when i started to edge and did my first mesure i thought i had LOST size. im not sure what to do know, i feel like i cheated on my mesure n that i mit in fact be losing size, im probly wrong tho, i also noticed if i squat i get a bigger measure then when i stand straight up. im confused about my gains especially the NBPEL . wtv it my week off now. i uno big al any advice or things i shud change?

    You seem to be on the right track now. Your measurements at the end of your layoff should be a little better- let us know when you take them.

    one day left on my week off, gna measure tonight again. Big al Is edging bad 2 do on ur week off , or is it okay to edge?
