Im on the end of week 3 now, and have mix feeling on my results,

flaccid length- 4 / 5
Erect Gerth- 5.95/6
Flaccid Gerth- 5
im hoping to gain a inch in length and girth
Week 1 routine
my first week was bad because i didnt take alot of time off , i did 3 days on 1 day off , 2 days on 1 day off.
Warm up
50 dry Jelq
50 wet Jelq
OM stretches
Kegels, probly 20 5 seconds holds, and also a bit throughout the day
warm down
- Felt bigger, i think had bigger flaccid size.
Week 2 routine
I was doing 2 days on , 1 day off, 3 days on 1 day off. i switched stretches b4 jelqs because i was getting 2 hard for stretching
Warm up
Om stretches,+ A stretch

60 wet Jelqs
Kegels, same amount about, having trouble doing these well after pe
Warmdown
- Nothing much maybe feeling a bit bigger, maybe not. i feel positive tho about my workout, i have gotten some small bruises which is a good sign, hard morning wood.
Week 3 routine
im doing 2 days on 1 days off now, realizing that when i take those 24 hours off that i think i c more results. havent measured yet offically. also found out about the needing to stretch ur tunica, septum, and ligaments crucial for length so i added some new stretches, inverted stretch i think, where u hold a base tight agaisnt body n pull down over hand similar to an A stretch. Just a couple more internal stretches added really, just so i can really feel it stretching

Om stretches, A stretch, various other deep internal stretches,
50 dry jelq
75-80 wet jelqs
10-20 r jelqs each hand
ive done a couple squeezes now 2
kegels, having trouble doing these after pe, i dont do them hard tho so maybe that has something to do with it
warmdown
- it kind of one day i think im gaining, feeling bigger n harder, n then sumtimes, i think im not getting anywhere maybe even losing, but i have been drinking alchool daily over the past 2 weeks so maybe that has something to do with it, also started smoking more, but have been working out more often. i have a good grasp on my workouts i feel everything getting stretched n pressured during work out it feels intense so i think im doing good on it.
im done my week 3 on sunday, so i think im gonna measure, then 2 more weeks slowly increasing reps, before my week off, hopefully ill have some gains 2 report by the end of the week, and i just need to make sure i take my days off, these r key to success im starting to see.
