end of week 6.
Penis Eength Erect, Bone pressed- 8 ----> 8 2/8 INCH after edging

Penis Length Erect, non Bneprss- 7 ----> 7 3/8 INCH standing hard
---> 7 6/8 standing after edging, and sitting while hard

Erect Gerth- 5.95/6 -----------> 6.00 INCH

minimal gains EL 3/8 of an inch
MIN. Gains EG 0 or 0.001 of an inch

what do u think big al, my length is going good, but my girth not so much, any ideas? maybe add squeezes?

Since you're at week 6 you'll be ready for a layoff after the week's over. From there you can start on advanced routines with include squeezes.

back on the PE week 7
-warm up
-40 dry jelq
-60 wet jelq
-10 v jelq
-20 r -jelq(onehand)
-OM Stretches (u,d,r,l,strght) 10x10 seconds
-A-Stretch 2x15 seconds (hold base tight close 2 ur body, other hand at the glans pull down)
-V-stretch 2x15 seconds (opposite of a-stretch , pull up)
-Circle stretch 2x10 rotation ( hold base,like A stretch, n pull to right, and rotate in circular motion, then good other direction, then pull to left n repeat)
-Kegels 20x5 second holds,
-warm down
+ hold long kegel throughout the day, maybe another 20x20 seconds hold
+ PULL straight 15 seconds and kegel 10times while stretching after i piss when i remeber

starting FL ----4 or 5 inch
NOW FL -----5 2/8 inch
starting FG ---5 inch
NOW FG -----5 2/8 inch

Is this advanced big al?

You could say so. I just don't see why you're doing so many movements in one workout. Find out what works best for you and stick with that.

Big al whats stretches do u think i should stick with since i have i high LOT, if that matters, and have the gains ive seen been average since ive started?

If you're advancing to a more intense routines I'd leave the "circle" stretches and drop the rest of the direct stretching movements. I don't abide by the "LOT" theory, but it's an interesting concept.

If the kegels aren't challenging you enough you can try doing towel raises. they're essentially kegels done under greater resistance.

slowly,, my program has changed,, i do pe when i feel it is need and rest when is needed. but i never do more than 2 PE days in a row

iv notice i have a slight pain on the tip of my cock, when i stretch downwards, so that y i have an irregular schedule. iv been think about taking an early week off because of it.
hmm i dunno . another two weeks and it my week off break...
also i dont know if my gains are staying, i think i only see them when i do an eding session

Why is that a bad thing? An edging session closely mimics how your penis would erect under sexual situations, so I would imagine that that would be the best circumstance to get the most accurate feedback.

If you like, you can try measuring at other times; but just make sure that the measurement factors are consistent though.

hey iv finished my week 12 and now going on my week break going to measure ina week.
the only thing ive changed irecently is switching my wet jelqs 4 dry jelqs
so im at 120 dry jelqs during my Routine now. let u know if i c any more results.

Have you tried doing more "blood flow" oriented stamina exercises (like Stop and Starts)? Doing your kegels with an erection will also help to improve blood flow and to speed up gains and recovery.

Also whenever i edge 2 time a week, im going to do 20 super kegels, 5 seconds hold, and do the stop and starts, (about to cum, stop wait 30 seconds, begin again X 3,


get measurements hopefully soon. i did measure before after edging, and i didnt belive wat i measured so im gonna measure again tonight
