Hey everyone, first post from a long time lurker!

Ok so what prompted this is that I cannot and never have been able to retract my foreskin. For a long while I didn't even know that most men could do this, and have kind of been ignoring it I guess. It has for the most part never cause me any problems, the only time being when sexual partners presume it can be pulled back during hand, blow jobs etc. which hurts a bit and I arkwardly explain that you can't pull it back. So maybe the only side effect is a slight lack of confidence in the bedroom because of this. Maybe I should add that i'm a virgin so have never had full sex but can't imagine if wearing a condom that it would be a problem. Also have never had any health or hygiene issues because of it.

So I guess my question is, is phimosis necassarily a problem for me? Should I try stretching etc? I definately want to avoid circumcision if possible, but do people just live with not being able to retract their foreskins? If you got into bed with me and found out would you think I was a freak?

Thanks for reading.

I don't think phimosis really is the problem that people make it to be.

There is nothing freakish about a non-retractile foreskin. Everyone starts life with a non-retractile foreskin. It takes years for a foreskin to become retractable.

Men can live their entire lives with a non-retractile foreskin. They can masturbate, have sex, father children, and so on.

I had a non-retractile foreskin until I was in my late teens and I did fine with it.

An ex of mine has never been able to retract his foreskin, but it never stopped him enjoying a satisfying sex life and he had no problem with hygiene. I also know one other guy who can't retract either and he's certainly had no complaints.

I think a lot of it is down to attitude. If it doesn't bother you, it isn't a problem. If you don't have any health or hygiene issues, you've got nothing to worry about. An undersanding partner should only have to be told once that it doesn't go back all the way - ideally before they try.

I'd suggest that you should look into stretching if you're worried about it, and if that doesn't work, there are all sorts of other options up to and including a full circumcision, but if you're happy as you are, why change?
Similar thing here, I got my circumcision at about 29 YO with a visit to the physician Office in LACA about 2 weeks or less and back in business again. Never ever another issue. Really very thankful to this physician and his assistant. SEE YOUR PHYSICIAN SOON. ADVICE FROM ANYONE HERE IS NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD BE SEEKING AS IT IS VERY ONE SIDED BE EACH RESPONDER.

I have been with so many different guys but believe or nor the ones with tight phimosis were rfeally strange, they were so afraid of getting touched because of the pain that a retraction try would bring up, maybe due to their past bad experiences. I dont like the guys with lose foreskin either but phimosis is not really normal. weather you wanna fuck with or without condom or you wanna get sucked the glans penis has a really different sensation, the glide of skin is very exciting and you do not know those feelings. it is your choice to strech it or not, do what you believe that will make you happy but never ever do circumscicion, that is really unaccptable, I was cut as child and really always regret the beauty and functionality of an intact penis.

I saw also so many men whom were cut due to phimosis and most of them had a really tiny penis head, due to the impossibility of grow but most of them had premature ejaculation.

if you wannna strech it plz find a warming cream or lubes and start with rubbing it slowly with you thumb and never hurry up, those will be the sensations you should live to the fullest I think

I once had a friend who had phimosis yet he was able to retract his foreskin while his penis was flaccid, so he coul clean the glans. When his penis was erect he was able to masturbate, to use it without any problem or pain, he couldn't just retract the foreskin.
I don't think phimosis is such a problem in these cases, it's just a minor inconvenience.
Phimosis is a real problem when you're not able to retract the foreskin, in these cases I think that visiting a doctor is the best option.
He will be more capable of deciding what's best for you, stretching or circumcision.
