has any1 ever heard of this before, i have been reading up on it as when i try to put a condom on it gets stuck inbetween my foreskin and my head, when i retract my foreskin it only just goes over my head and no more, this is sometimes painful, is this normal? should it go further?
i am unable to put on a condom comfortably and normally lose my erection by the time it is on. there is aparently an operation you can have called a Frenuloplasty? just wondering if any1 else has experiance this as much help is needed!!

also im 18years old with a very healthy lifestyle, and 8"L x 6.5"

Thanks

any pics of erect penis' with foreskins retracted would be greatly appreciated

Since my foreskin is quite loose, i haven't experienced your problem. I can only tell you to see a good doctor before thinking about any surgery on your penis! you may have a problem that is easily remedied by using larger, or lubricated condoms...
A suggestion, if your foreskin doesn't usually pull back during fucking, don't pull it back when putting on the condom. Try just pinching about 1cm of the tip of the condom while you are putting it on, so that it remains a loose tip on the end. Then fuck and see what happens. Pull out before you cum and see if there is danger of it breaking. I bet everything will be comfortable and work fine.

yh i have tried it without pulling the foreskin back but i lost my erection within about 10mins, my last partner was abotu 2years ago and i have not been sexually active since then really, i think due to my penis growing and me now using it enough could this have affected it?

cheers

Get referred to a Urologist, get yourself properly examined, and make it clear that you want to keep your foreskin and that a circ is not an option. Frenuloplasty is certainly available, but you need to see a specialist. Make sure that you don't go for the full trim, or you'll lose an important part of your dick. If a circ is presented as the only possible treatment, you need to get a second opinion.

i think u might just need to use a bigger sized condom,

i'm pretty thick and whenever i'm forced to use a standard rubber i have to unroll it a ways, and then get my fingers unside and really stretch the band out and pull it over my head so it doesn't just roll over the head and get stuck, if i do that i can usually get it on but it still feels really tight and the band at the bottom is super tight on my shaft. another reason i hate standard rubbers.

another trick that sometimes helps is once you get the rubber over your head, grab your dick by the base and pull the skin back really tight and then sometimes i can get the rubber to roll on smooth even if it's super tight.

the larger sizes are much better for thick guys and longer guys. I don't think cutting ur frenulum is going to help roll a too small condom on but maybe some other uncut guys have had that done and can comment on it. personally i woulnd't let anybody get a knife anywhere my cock .
