Why is he on a "high horse?" He's entitled to feel offended, just like you're legitimate in feeling frustated or pissed off.

Though, again, I'm still wondering why both are you are taking the picture thing so seriously. I agree with what's been said concerning a simple hit of the delete key. In my case, I've been asked over an IM several times; I have no such picture, but still find it rather flattering that someone's so interested in my size, that they want to experience it. I think that's just a big dick thing: that people want to encounter them because, well, we're a rarity among average Joes. But to get all strung out over this? Dude, I'd hate to see you when it comes to paying bills or something that's a little more important in life.

Solis24: Hi guys. I have never really posted here before but for once I have something to share with you that is right on topic I guess. Although I myself like to get to see a few hot pics sometimes, I'm sorry to say this could confirm some of your fears. And I am by no way as impressively hung as you guys. It's a bit long but here goes!

This happenned to me a few years back when I was still young and clueless (still feel that way sometimes!) I have nudes of myself which I have traded over the net for a long time now. A few of those are pics of me and a buddy having fun that he put up on his personal web page (free thing).
The page got popular and what do you know, about whole year later I start getting fan mail, not on the email addy I got from my buddy specifically for his website, but on my regular hotmail account. Turns out that some German porn mag called Buddy featured the TWO of us in one of their issues. I was of course royally pissed, asked a lawyer friend of mine but as I was the one to originally put my stuff out there for all to see, I couldn't exactly expect the magazine to give me a compensation. That and it being in another country and all. That was an advantage though, that the only people back home who got to know about it are those that I told them about it personally, so I didn't face humiliation in front of my friends and family.
The one other upside to this is that among the few similarly short and abrupt emails like the ones Michaelwith11 got, was one that WAS considerate and friendly and all and just admitting that he found me hot. I DID reply to that one, figured out the whole story with his help and he even sent me the magazine through the mail, in spite of the fact that I was still living in Canada and he in Ireland. He had received it from a friend on his birthday and she just wanted to tease him.
We kept in touch get along great, have gotten to know each other better and all that and since I'm in Europe at the moment, I'll be taking the advantage of cheap airlines to go and meet him during my vacations in April.
So, whatever happens, remember that there is always a advantageous and a disadvantageous side to everything.

Gee, that's looooong post. Sorry! Maybe I'm compensating for what I haven't got... ;D

So today in my Yahoo mailbox there was the following note, which I quote in its entirety:

No "Hi there."

No salutation at all.

No signature.

And from a stanger, whom I will not embarrass by naming.

Don't people understand that notes like that one are insulting?

sammygirly: Firstly, I was under the impression that this was a place to discuss large penises and the issues surrounding them WITHOUT sensationalizing things - so I'm not reallllly sure it's all about advertising as was said earlier (tho certainly that's done here).

Secondly - I, as a woman here, have the opposite problem: I get SENT naked pics I certainly didn't ask for ~points out that I am already in a relationship with a well endowed man for all those who've sent me pics "advertising" themselves~

Just as rude if you ask me.

Sammygirly and I finally agree on something ... actually two things! I am here to talk honestly about the pros and cons of above average endowment without sensationalism; many of us are here to discuss without bragging. And secondly, she's right about sending unsolicited nude pics; it is rude. It's as bad as all the sexually-oriented spam I get that claims it's not spam. You ever notice those ads all claim that you requested such ads? Yeah ... a gay dude really asked to see mpegs of Enema Emily ... right!

I have gotten these requests, and most of the time i'm flattered.  That doesn't mean that i send the pics tho
Most of the time it is just curiosity without malice.

I like some of the websites where you can choose to post adult pics in your profile. The ones who just want to see can just take a look, and the ones who want to be seen can post.

thepress83: I sympathize with all of the guys on this site who get those types of e-mails requesting pics. I too have gotten more than my fair share of e-mail requests and I will admit if the guy asks nicely, makes some conversation and either sends a pic or describes himself I will send pics. I am a fairly trusting person and am not quite sure what I would do if I found my pictures on the internet but hopefully I'll never cross that bridge.
