Oasis9090: I'm a 28 year old bi guy who walks around with a permanent hard-on. Last week I had a physical and the moment the doctor asked me to take off my underware I felt my schlong began to get stiff. By the time I got my boxers off, my bone was standing at full attention. I told the doctor that this was due to my nerves or the coldness of the room, then I began thinking about my grandmother and other "boner reducing" things, butnothing worked. The doctor told me not ot worry about it and paid no attention to my 8.5 inch pork sword that looked like it was about to assaault him....it eventually went down. This is a curse and not to mention extremely embarrassing. I know it's next to impossible to control your erections, but does anybody have any suggestions? Does this happen to anybody else??

My solution: I ejaculated first thing in the morning of my annual physical. Then when I arrived at the doctor's office, I ejaculated again. No erection during the exam. :)-)

In my tender youth I was informed by a Doctor to grasp the penis with my hand just below the glans and squeeze it as I held it up tight to my stomach. Of course, you can not do this once it is hard, but upon the first feel that your are developing a boner you can take matters into your own hands.

Also, just because you had an erection is no reason to be afraid of what the Doctor will think. I think that most Doctor's would be satisfied to know that your young body is working normally. Nothing to be embarrased about. I have had male doctors and female doctors and none of them have ever had a problem with me.

I must admit, that I am now much older, the great boner in the Doctor's Office is no longer a problem.

I have actually heard (but i havent confirmed) that the hammer that doctors use to test reflexes on your knee has that shape for a reason. THe other side can be used to *ahem* apply force to a certain area of an eccect penis, in order for it to go limp very quickly. If thats true, your doc could do that if he thought it was a distraction.

IF that doesnt appeal to you, (and it wont to most), I'd go with the jerking off before the visit. The most times the better in your case, it seems.

    Oasis,

You don't have any info in your profile about your interests. If you were to happen to live near me, I'd be more than happy to take care of your boners 24/7.

I've had that happen alot. I was injured a few years ago and was in doctors offices quite abit for examinations. Most exams required that I disrobe. One doctor explained to me that I was having stress erections. And since I was on muscle relaxers and blood thinners and stress from the pain...BOING! One doctor did tell me that he wished he could take me home to his wife. We both laughed but it was strange to hear that from a professional.

Honestly, the Dr's could give a shit if you throw a hard on, or not. Yours wasn't the first he'd ever seen and probably won't be the last. Guys get erections. I'll bet most Dr's know that. :p
