Some background info: I'm 18 yo, I think good looking with nice chest and six pack. I like skinny t-shirts, so my nipples and abs are visible. I'm wondering what others think about piercings, as they are clearly noticeable. I never try to hide them. I've also got some visible tattoos (sleeve on my arm, neck).

I actually mean the healing time of the meatotomy, I've been reading more about the penis piercings and rather go for a Apadravya as suggested before and a half meatotomy than a Reverse PA.
BTW how much time did it take you to resume your normal sex life after the piercing?.

Tough call man. I thought about getting my nips pierced and asked a friend who had done it how he liked his. He warned against it and told me his piercings caused loss of sensitivity and his nips were misshapen now and he wished he hadn't. I also have another friend who did his and fuck! they were fun to play with. Left him sore from working those tits on more than one occasion. So, those are two end of the spectrum. Ended up not piercing mine. I'm happy with that decision.
