The guiche ones are the hardest to get used to since you sit on them all the time.

Not having a guiche but having a husband who has one at my urging:smile:
I don't think he sits on it anymore than he normally sits on his balls!
Since the guiche is behind the scrotal sac and before the anus he has more
of a problem getting it caught in his underwear more than any other problem!

We leave all the jewelry in when having intercourse because we find the sensation
