Never heard of anyone who regretted a PA. Frenum piercing though might be a good alternative if the skin will hold it. I opted for the PA BECAUSE the skin underneath was so very thin and my piercer thought it would never stay. Alas, my urethra wall was also thin and I loved my PA so much I never took it out! Still don't regret it.

PA is the way to go. I got my just over a year ago and never regretted it at all. As newage said, it feels great when you walk (if you wear boxers) because it rubs against the material or your leg as you move. And I love showing it off. Go PA!

I've had my PA for 15 years - I love it as do a few lady friends - it hits the spot. I had a frenum ladder but that migrated out. I get many positive comments at the nude beach and some invitations too. Get the PA you'll never regret it.
