I don’t personally know. I’ve never seen anything more than friend mode from them when out in London. They rarely camp alone because Mattia, his brothers, or his British friends are usually with him. Dynamics in the friend group haven’t been the same since Marjan’s pregnancy. Petra seems to be on the backburner now that he has his fitness studio contract with Kings Mgmt. Penny has developed her own fitness experience/brand so maybe there are professional tensions? Fwiw she still follows his mum. Things seemed normal until his trip to Berlin.
I would say it has to be captured sometime between 2010-2012. He was a skinny jeans twink in that era not the bold hunk type. I noticed him more frequently in gyms with Gaz George around 2012-2013 and by summer 2013 he was much bulkier than he had been. He won WBFF in 2014 and hasn’t been much smaller ever since.
He has been a model most of his life with the exception of puberty. The hot for teacher press was a great way to introduce his new bulkier look from the fitness competitions, but he was already a known entity in the fashion world and has made substantial money from it considering male models earn less than women.

I’m going to answer this based on what I have seen in London and I’m sure it will cause arguments and he’ll after that because this is LPSG.
He presents himself as straight, very likely is, and that is how I think he wants us to consider him. I’ve seen nothing to suggest he is exclusively gay at all. I’ve seen nothing to suggest he is exclusive when dating anyone.
In his earlier days in London, based on the people around him and who he attended particular events with at that time, he raised suspicions of being bicurious. Maybe he was naive since he just moved here. He has remained friends with some of that peer group, professionals, and sponsors and seems comfortable with notably gay friends. That is wonderful considering some of his views.
He’s been with a number of women, but I see nothing at all in him that suggests he is the marrying/domestic type. He’s very different from his brother Carlo.
Honestly, I’d rather bed some of his friends than him, but I can look at and enjoy him just the same despite his sexuality. A sexy body is sexy regardless of its label to me.
