I can confirm that written above. This year I tried XtraSize, as it really sounded to nice to be true.
One from the 3 packages (each for 2 months) I threw away, because I wasn't sure about my health.

Be careful and don't believe in gains by pills only.

No such thing in pill form. All lies to take your money. PE in my oppion is a waste of time also. A lot of work for minimum to no gains.
1. Pumps will give you a temporary increase and is safe
2. Stretching devices will add length but takes a long time and not practicle
3. Implants will add size, but you have a foriegn object in your penis
4. Fat transfer is a dead technology, fat always reobsorbs and becomes lumpy
5. Dermal fillers are proven. Many here have done that route. But pick a good doctor and use a real dermal filler such as a temporary like juveederm or permanent filler offered by a good doctor.

Pick the best option for you. And consult with someone who has experience.
