Or get advice on the local scene before you get there -- what to do/see before you get there and what not to waste your time on.
There are also holiday hotspots as well as big national "parties" -- sporting events, music festivals, mardi gras, spring break, etc. that no doubt have several LPSG members in attendance. But until that t-shirt comes out, they won't find each other unless they make arrangements in the travel group to meet up.
