Will these go away i have little white pimples on the rim of my penis will this go away?
They are probably PPP's Pearly Penile Papules. Harmless, I'm not sure if you can get them removed, I don't think they go away on their own.
Sorry this is a female replying.
Think_Kink is right. It's harmless. Many have them, and you can't get rid of them as far as I know...
this might give you some direction...

They are normal in some guys. No, PPP can't be removed.
I had one 2 years ago, It remained for a period of 6 months and then naturaly dissapeared.
It is harmless.
I thinl that PPP are hot, my gf does too.
PPP are small white coloured skin tags or domes that form around the penis gland. They appear in rows around the rim of the penis head and may also appear on either side of the frenulum. They are considered a “normal” variant. They are totally harmless and are not contagious in any way. They are not a sexually transmitted disease (STD). I think it is HOT, and I have some PPP on my dick, my gf loves it.
This group is for those who have PPP or think it look hot in a cock! enjoy, comment and post your pics! http://www.lpsg.org/groups/1028-pearly+penile+papules/
Why resurrect so many long-dead threads on the same subject? Why, damn it?!
