How often is your stream a solid single stream? Mine seems to be rarely one solid stream.

Personally, not being circumcised, it mostly depends on how I pee. That is, if I retract the foreskin the flow will be more continuous and thin, if instead I piss through the skin the stream could be more discontinuous, thick and will also tend to split (with the effect of producing various splashes).

With my meatotomy, I have no problems urinating. If the spray is too strong, I insert a penis plug 17mm in diameter or a prince's scepter with a hole into the meatus. Then the urine stream comes out very precisely. I can also use my closed foreskin to focus the urine stream.

You did'nt include an option for "most of the time".

For me, just like Floritz, it depends on what I do with my foreskin. Mine just about covers the head when soft, i.e there is no overhang. That means it can sometimes partially obstruct the meatus (pee hole) in the end of the glans and send the stream off in some random direction and not necessarily all in the same direction.

The solution is simple - just pull the foreskin back very slighly until the meatus is clear. That gives a single stream that is easy to aim and, as I usually want to aim accurately to avoid making a mess, that is what I do most of the time. The exception is pissing in the shower where aiming seems quite unescessary and I don't even bother to hold my cock as I piss - wherever it goes initially it will go down the drain before long anway.

Thanks for the responses. I should add I'm circumcised and don't have any piercings. Seems like I should have a single solid stream almost every time but that isn't the case. Doesnt seem to matter if I hold it and aim or just let it hang on its own. Interesting

For the most part, my streams are straight, but on occasion, it will look like two come out especially if Ive been holding it or had lots of liquid to drink and drain. Then its a large stream with spray potential as I rush to unbutton and unzip to take it out if Ive been holding for a piss opportunity.

Always start with a single stream the full depth of my slit, then as the pressure drops it splits in to 2 (one from the top of the slit, one from the bottom) Each stream is always solid.

Occasionally I'd forget to spread the slit open and end up starting with 3 or more streams, but the piss will always fill up the length of my slit and fan out into a manageable spray. It sprays out maybe 4 inches or more depending how bad I have to go before it turns into a nice round stream the size of a pencil.

I've gotten a number of comments from men and women alike before. My piss stream does fan out quite a bit when I'm flaccid but especially more so when I'm semi erect; my piss slit gets even bigger and longer. Like you though, it feels great to piss like a race horse!

now get an 18mm plug into my meatus externus. That's why I've now permanently used an 18mm penis plug with a longitudinal bore. So I can pee in a controlled manner again. Because with a meatus externus opening of 18 mm, the urine occasionally sprays uncontrollably. I only remove the plug for cleaning or if I want to stretch the meatus further. I can also masturbate well with the inserted plug. The 17mm penis plug fell out by itself after 2 weeks. It looks like this method can also be used to comfortably stretch your meatus externus opening. I don't feel the now used 18mm plug at all. I only wear the plug to further stretch the meatus externus and to control the urine stream. The 18mm plug fits perfectly. The plug slips in and then you can no longer feel it because it fits perfectly into the urethral navicular fossa. If the plug slips out, you can combine it with a glans ring to keep it in. At the moment I am in the process of stretching my urethra into the prostate. I can now fully insert a Hegar dilator that is 13mm in diameter and 19cm long.

mines exactly the same, pulled back for a nice and clear stream but forwards is much more unpredictable. can pee way further when pulled back too

There's been some interesting responses in the last couple of years. I had noticed before that there is quite a bit of variation in the shape of the meatus in different cocks, i.e. varying from quite a short slit to a much longer one that takes up more of the head and also whether it merges into the underside.

I have also noticed how it can shape the spurts as we cum but I don't think I have previously seen pictures and discussion together on how it shapes the piss stream.

Finally, on pissing feeling good, I agree and I think it is probably not as widely acknowledged as it should be. Some men talk about the relief when you've needed to piss for a while and finally get the chance but you don't need to be desperate to enjoy it. Just having liquid travelling through the prostate, up the urethra and out the end of the penis is pleasant sensation. Not good enough that I would drink gallons of water just to do it more often, but when I need to piss I enjoy doing so.
