I've watched this video (from various sources, over the past two or three years), loads of times. Something about it just disturbs me and makes me suspect that it's a setup (I still love it, though!).

The only way that you can piss like that is if you've got your cock positioned vertically in your underwear and clear of the waistband. Who walks around like that? Even if you start with it vertical, you need pretty substantial underwear to restrain your cock in that position for all the time that you're out, walking about - and the underwear that is visible doesn't look that robust. I've tried it numerous times and your cock just naturally drops into a downward facing position.
