It was pure guess work in the middle of the country for the most part.

I had to laugh at "Place Utah on the map". My response?? "Do I have to"?

The only ones I dropped immediately into place were the New England States, Florida, California, Alaska and Hawaii (duh), and -oddly- North Dakota.
