Places you miss

If I begin to have a misconception of missing my place. I walk into the backyard, lay down and look up at the stars. Puts everything in perspective.

If it's gentle rain after a very hard and sweaty day at work and toil. nothing more enjoyable or heartening than the sweet sprinkle of rain on your face. Or enjoying the lightshow of a thunderstorm at it's peak.

Finding a place to voice to answer unanswerable questions for the shit humans who are think they are in control give us is a matter of walking barefeet into your backyard and looking up.

It sought of makes you realise what twats they are for all their controlling theatrics.

Nature at any time or the Universe could take them out, or us with one little swipe.

Somewhere between Dublin and Galway there is an ancient little pub, and oh how I wish I remembered the name of the pub or the town it was in, because that is a place I would love to return to. It was absolutely magical. I was traveling across Liverpool to Dublin and kept going until I stopped there for the night.

I have said before that an Irish accent loosens my panties. I met a man there who was funny, kind, maybe a little drunk, but ever a gentleman. And I sat with him for almost three hours as I was getting a bit snockered myself.

But like I said, he was a gentleman, but had he made the slightest move I think I would have had his clothes off in a heartbeat! LOL!

Sigh, I've searched Google and Google maps, but I've never been able to pinpoint where that was.

Carefree days. I didn't have many of those. I think that's why this place is so memorable to me.
Maybe you can't find it on Google maps cause it doesn't exist....like one of those old twilight zone episodes

Don't think I haven't thought about that scenario!!! I could have still been in Bristol and dreamed it all.

Places I miss? When you could walk into shopping centres and not look like a homeless person.

Even myself feel conscious that I need to have some sort of footwear on these days. Now even wearing bare feet is a no-no. And people worry about bare bodies? Yeah, ok.

How about clothed feet and bare bodies? :)...Switcheroo.
