hungcuriousNC: I purchased the "Create-a-cock" kit once and tried that. It was going along fine at first. The instructions say to do it over newsprint or in a bathtub, I got in the tub. My b/f at the time mixed the solution as specified and I dipped my dick into the cup/mold container as specified. It had to be done within seconds of the powder and water mixing. Alginate will not stick to hair, but can only be attained from a dental supply house. InstaMold®, which is available at most craft stores, is an excellent casting medium. Cover your cock with the InstaMold and then reinforce it with plaster bandage to give the mold rigid support. Fill the mold with plaster of Paris (shake it so you don't end up with air bubbles) and let the plaster harden. You can use the plaster replica to make any future molds.
BTW .. you can use the plaster cast of the cock to make a plaster mold ... or, better yet, a dental stone mold. This can be used to make a dildo. You can't pour latex directly into InstaMold. And make sure you use casting latex; other types of liquid latex are not suitable. And plaster or dental stone molds can be used to make cool cock-shaped candles and soap!

I get InstaMold at Michael's Arts and Crafts. A dentist friend supplies me with dental stone. Plaster of Paris ... well you can get that anywhere! Dental stone is more durable than plaster, but both are good choices.
