When you have a meal of some sort of pasta or of rice and vegetables do you prefer to have it served on a plate or in a bowl?

Noodles, i.e. low mein etc. from a bowl. Spaghetti or other Italian types, a plate.

Unless there is a large amount of liquid, then pasta should always be plated.

Bowl. A plate spreads the food around too much. Any noodle based dish is just much easier in a bowl than a plate.

A bowl, keeps it warm and it easyer to eat out of it so you are sure your food don't get of the plate :p

Mostly a plate these days for me, though I've gone through bowl phases as well.

    Plate.

Bowls are reserved for soups, stews and deserts

I'd prefer a bowl, but I'll gladly use a plate...
