Plate or bowl?

    When you have a meal of some sort of pasta or of rice and vegetables do you prefer to have it served on a plate or in a bowl?

    Noodles, i.e. low mein etc. from a bowl. Spaghetti or other Italian types, a plate.

    Unless there is a large amount of liquid, then pasta should always be plated.

    Bowl. A plate spreads the food around too much. Any noodle based dish is just much easier in a bowl than a plate.

    a bowl.. less chance of it spilling off a plate

    A bowl, keeps it warm and it easyer to eat out of it so you are sure your food don't get of the plate :p

    Mostly a plate these days for me, though I've gone through bowl phases as well.

    I dont like any kind of pasta. However i love rice and use a bowl.
