Can someone please help me ID this guy? There is a video out there of him, I'm looking for the longer version of it (about 12mins).

I think his name is Topher Dimaggio, I'm not sure if it's him

Any other suggestions? I can only find links to videos that dont work anymore. Apparently his name is Victor Torres.
