Please Help, Lichen Sclerosus?

Hi, guys I'm kinda worried about this rough white patch under my foreskin it's rough in texture. Is it Lichen Sclerosus? I have no other symptoms itching, pain, sores, blisters, or tears. I can pull my foreskin fully back. Also, people describe Lichen Sclerosus as smooth delicate skin but mines the exact opposite.

I dont want to get circumcised.
Have any of you experienced Lichen Sclerosus or know another condition this could be. Any input would be greatly appreciated, seriously!

See a GP. Easily treated. They will try you with some ointments and then the next step if that doesn't work.
Circumcision is rarely needed if caught and treated within a reasonable time.
