ok so i am new here and after advice.. i have been reading this forum for a while and i am after advice about ball stretching. i have seen some pics of you guys and i am amazed at how low slung :smile: some of you are. and seen some of the devices you use. my problem is this, how do i get started? i mean my balls are so close to my shaft, there is no way i could get one of them ball weights on. i massage my balls in my hand but this don't seem to help. i tried tieing some string round my balls to try hang some weight but after 10 mins it started to hert please please i need help to get started and methods to use.. i want to low slung too... yes i realize it will take time but i want to get started... help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
