I have had this for two years now, dr gave me creams to treat things such as balantitis. Didnt do anything.

Basically my penis is similar to this

but a bit worse.

It is unaesthetic and also sore.

If anyone's got any ideas/dealt with this PLEASE help. Looked on the net and found absolutely no cure just a few others complaining about the same thing.

Do you mean it's tender and irritated? I've had it in the past, too.

Most discussion of meatitis is in the context of children, specifically circumcised boys who run a risk of developing meatal stenosis if meatitis is not diagnosed and treated promptly. Most cut guys no longer have meatal lips, or not close to what they're supposed to look and function like.

The meatus can become tender whether you still have lips or not. It may be a localized problem or it could be a symptom of a larger urogenital condition and would clear up when the underlying issue is addressed. Rather than treat it on your own, you'd be best served by seeing an andrologist or urologist, giving as full a patient history as you can of the condition, including dietary/lifestyle changes

Some relatively harmless things you can do in the meantime include changing your soap and trying a penis dip or penis soak, which has been effective for some guys. Most of these involve probiotic powders or cornstarch. A few guys swear by dipping directly into plain yogurt (room temperature, of course). There's plenty of web discussion of these approaches.

The meatal lips in that picture don't look particularly inflamed to me.

If yours are, then then the most likely causes would be friction (you uncut, or keep your foreskin retracted? & if so, what do you do for underwear?), chemical iritation (what are you using to shower with etc.?) and infection (have you recently had a checkup at a GUM clinic?).

I'd get a second medical opinion.

As I was born with hypospadia, what are the "lips" do they have feeling?

The meatal lips seal off the urethra so that pathogens do not enter the urinary tract. They most definitely have feeling if you touch or stroke them, though as with the rest of the glans it's not necessarily a pleasant feeling. They do detect touch and have sensation.

Doesn't look that bad.

The most likely culprit is SOAP.

Guys get a sore feeling... think its an infection, and so wash even more throughly... getting more soap up in there, causing more damage and more pain... its a vicious circle.

inflammation of these tissues, if not caused by STD ( get that checked ) is caused by an irritant.
