Wanting to find who the OP is for the video, who either are in the clip, or mostly who the beard is

I've seen this video for a while now, maybe a few years old, but can't confirm the exact oldest date I've seen because they've all been reposts. I just remember seeing this for the first time years ago...

I'm curious who both of the people in the video are, and have an idea of who one of them is, maybe it's Levy Foxx?, but can't confirm because there's only a side profile with minimal views
