So, this is kind of weird to be talking about this but a lot of the guys here seem really helpful and supportive instead of judgmental so im gonna go for it. I'm 21...and i hit puberty last year. Not joking. My voice changed as I got taller but thats all really. I just started gettin acne, growing facial hair, growing pubic hair all of it. My penis is starting to get bigger too. Like, it got bigger as I got older but now its gettin bigger. Wider and longer.Obviously, this isnt a problem hahah but everything else is kinda bugging me. My sex drive is RIDICULOUS. Causing problems at work, at school and the erections just popping out of nowhere is getting on my nerves. I dont know what to do. I just...I need help, suggestions, anything.

I've talked to my doctor about it and he said that its rare to have this problem but nothings actually "wrong" with me. However, when youre a teenager, I'm imagining this is more managable. But, I'm 21...the manager of a store, a junior in college and it embarasses me. How can I be in charge of running a business and be serious about it when an erection pops out of nowhere and I have to run hide in my office till its gone!

something...anything will help. Thanks in advance.

You can't. Testosterone is the most powerful stuff in the world. Everyone has a wives tale about what to do like take cold showers, eat saltpeter, think of sports, or some such thing. None of that works. Your body controls your hormones and they control your thoughts and body making you moody, horny, and just about crazy. You can jerk off as much as you like and it won't change much. All you can do is just ride it out and maybe wear baggy pants and restrictive underwear. Working out can help keep you in a good frame of mind and give you some muscle definition. I did that all through puberty and it was the one thing I found helpful to combat my mood swings. Of course it made my erections stronger but I welcomed that, hehe.

Wish I had a cure for you but honestly, you want puberty to happen. The good news is that it does get easier as it progresses.

Welcome!

You just have to ride it out and use your 21 year old mind to remind yourself when you feel out of control. The barn does not survive the tornado, the grass in the meadow which yields, does. Meditation is good too. I wish I knew about it when I was young and that it didn't require sitting in a horribly uncomfortable position for hours.

I'd take advantage of it to tell the truth.

Research how to fuel the process efficiency and enjoy the result, lol.

Most people just bumble through it, you have the opportunity to apply more mature knowledge to a once in a life time process.
