He was hauled off (although it was more like driven) to the police station because he was arrested. But you have a family full of cops (HAHA) so you already knew that, right? Strip Searches are conducted between the arrestee and a single officer, unless the suspect is uncooperative. Assuming he was cooperative, their would only be one officer who saw him naked, and that would have been in a private area. So while saying he was forced to strip naked in front of everyone and humiliated is good for dramatic effect to these other morons here, it&#39;s not logical and therefore doesn&#39;t mean shit. Once again your mouth is getting the best of your brain. I never said groping a suspect&#39;s penis (for 9 seconds) isn&#39;t wrong. I said I don&#39;t believe this person&#39;s story, and I also described what would typically take place in a search incident to arrest. I&#39;ll admit that I didn&#39;t read the entire thread since it seemed to get off-topic....(which never happens around here ). Anyway, I feel bad for Nate on this one. We&#39;ve chatted a few times off and on since he lives in my hometown, and he&#39;s a pretty good guy. Sure, he made the mistake of driving drunk when there was no one around to drive him home, and he paid the price for it. He&#39;s gotten a DUI on his record and lost his license for a while. Yet, getting patted down....in a concentrated area where Nate obviously possesses something a bit above the average (check his sig for specifics) is not really acceptable. If the cop would have at least said something like that he wanted to know if that was a fake dick he had on to store drugs inside of, well ok. I think it was a general lack of communication.

It&#39;s too bad that Nate hasn&#39;t come back to post on this one. Maybe people could be more diplomatic in the future if they want to speak their minds....
