100+ Flying to Maui for Pandemic Political Conference

Forget Hollywood. Politicians make the best actors and actresses. They say they can feel the fiscal pain of Joe and Jane Sixpack who have been out-of-work for tens of weeks, while simultaneously sipping Mai Tais by the pool at the Fairmont Kea Lani where the lowest-priced rooms go for $500/night. California Gov. Gavin Newsom (and his one vocal chord) champions the cause and desperation of the food-challenged by slinking into a Michelin 3-Star restaurant in the Napa Valley where dinner for two-- complete with a selection of the world's finest wines-- runs four-figures. Gee, where do I sign-up for these gigs?

FOX 11 obtains exclusive photos of Gov. Newsom at French restaurant allegedly not following COVID-19 protocols

But beyond arguments over class envy, what about all that do-as-I-say-and-not-as-I-do? I'm referring to protocols in-place to stop the spread of the deadly coronavirus. Governor Newsom and the rest of these pontificators without a medical license have been sternly warning us not to dare patronize an IHOP or Cracker Barrel restaurant without wearing a mask-- and preferably a Hazmat Moon Suit. Meanwhile over on Wailea Beach at that "political" convention, where the principal participants are nearly all-male, what COVID-19 protocols have you instituted? You should be particularly concerned about your health and safety interacting with female...er...$$vacationers$$ from Nevada who always seem to arrive coincidental to those political functions.

I don’t care about your politics. If you are off in some ritzy, festive, vacation spot for ‘quarantine’, while the rest of us are stuck in our little apartments, worrying about eviction and whether we’ll be able to eat, then you don’t deserve to be a politician. You don’t represent the people.
I’m sick of rich, white men and their trophy wives telling all of us to tighten our belts and buckle down while they go party without a care in the FUCKING world...

Yes. Like Alex Azar the Secretary of HHS under the Trump administration who just attended the one of many tax-payer sponsored Whitehouse Christmas parties and told the public not to gather for the holidays. Do what I say, but not what I do. Gee, where do I sign-up for these gigs?
