Popularity of Male "Escort" Services.

In the country where I live, I have started to see advertising for mail escorts with additional benefits such as tall, handsome, "well endowed" etc, not very discreet. Their adds are specifically heterosexual or in some cases for couples. The gay ads have existed for several years but this is new. Is this becoming more common in the more "developed" countries as in GB? I would have to assume that there is a market which does surprise me a bit. I have a hard time visualizing this as being true, with so many men who would be happy to perform the services that they might want free.

I would really like women to share their points of view on this. What services do they really offer in addition to sex?

In my area we have all sorts of escorts and prostitutes.

I do not hire them but I have friends who at one time did want to hire a protitute/hustler/whore and they would show me the ads in the city paper. Also you can easily find them online on lots of sites.

One friend thought that the female Transsexual prostitutes were Bio women and that the "TS" in the ad stood for LOL "To Service"!

Not many women responding, but it is a question directed at women. For guys getting female escorts/prostitutes, it's usually just sex because that's what men usually focus on: the physical act of intercourse.

For women, emotions and romantic love play a much larger role (generally), so male escorts for a one-night fling doesn't seem to meet their needs as well.

At least that is what most males think or want to think :wink: Of course if we take into consideration what men though about women and sex in addition to what was socially acceptable even 50 years ago, it was very, very different from today. That is the reason for the question based on the escort service advertising specifically (for women only) that surprised me. my thoughts parallel your last paragraph, but now the question could be, "Is this still true?"

Wich city in wich state? , where i live (mexico as well, guanjuato state) the ads section in the sunday newspaper is filled with tons of ads of escorts, its not something rare to see anymore

It has nothing to do with men being desperate. It has to do with men always being horny. Good-looking, non-desperate, men are horny all of the time too and most have their priorities straight: fucking over money. Men looking for sex far outnumber women looking for sex. So, why would a woman ever want/need to pay?

i can't really speak for places i haven't been... maybe its different in other places... but that would never happen in america.
