I'm sure there's a thread or two hundred about this already but the search was acting a bit funky...Anyways...

I've recently been considering entering the Adult industry...
i figure i love to fuck...I love to be watched...and i wouldn't mind at all if someone paid me for my troubles....

Any tips or suggestions? the internet is flooded with bad information

I come from Southern California which at one time was the "porn capitol" and as I have said in other postings strange circumstances introduced me to many who achieved great fame in this industry.

I can name names of individuals who became friends over the years. Many of the best of these people are now long gone, and a few remain alive but in ill health.

If you really want to do this, I can't blame you simply because the money is good and it is a job that can have some great fun in it. But it is not all fun and games and you will be guaranteed to be asked to do things you do not want to do. In addition you will find yourself being matched up with sex partners that may look decent on camera, but may have many kinds of personal and or chemical problems in real life.

The problems in this life are numerous however.

If you turn out to be good at it the first large problem is that it is very difficult to leave this industry and go do something else.

I knew a young kid who did gay porn in the '80's. He finally changed his entire identity to escape people and changed his look enough to get away from it all. He would be in his 40's now and he definitely never wants anything to do with it again.

The life in straight and gay porn both is not an easy one and there are more pitfalls and chances for lost opportunity than you would imagine. First there are the legal problems with ever changing standards and the extreme venom of the religious right. Sex is a target and porn in particular excites these "parasites" to an incredible level. In some areas in the United States the production or starring in adult material can have problems if you were recognized and your past were to become public knowledge. Some foreign countries have arrest warrants out for American porn actors because of things that were illegally shipped into their countries. There is a ton of this weird kind of bull crap that kind of goes with the territory.

Another thing is that if you intend at any time to compete in a bodybuilding competition that a porn career will kill your chances at winning a competition on most any level. This has happened again and again to people just trying to make a buck. Rob Sager and David Papaleo are two great examples. Rob was straight, but because he did some soft core crap he just never won anything. David Papaleo in spite of his "religious rebirth" was never forgiven either. He walked out on stage at one of his last competitions and he was by far the best of the bodybuilders present. It was as if he was not even competing.

If you were to try to go into teaching or any position working with children your employment there could be jeopardized under the right circumstances.

With things in the world so very uncertain right now I would not endorse this as a time to want to enter a form of employment that could have a future negative connotation.

You have a great body and a great dick, I think that with your physical assets you can find something far better and far safer for your long term goals than a trip into the adult entertainment world.
