But yeah, no way in hell 9.5". I'll give him 9" at best. Very short/small stature, and looks fractionally longer than say Lex, who's sub-8.5".

Anyway, there is no conclusive and definitive answer offered, and I explain in other threads the method and the computer programs and of proportions that I use. But, as I said before, everyone has their opinion, so I will not discuss the issue. As for Lex Steele, he is now between 8 / 8.5. In his first scenes, he undoubtedly reached 8.5

He might've been 8.5 at his absolute max. If you account of everything in that notorious "yellow tape measure" scene, looks about 8.25" if you account for perspective/distance, placed it directly on top and didn't push in at all.

How could he possibly be that long? He's marginally longer than Lex Steele and he's about a solid 8.25"+. You seriously think he's 1.25" longer than LS? Do you know how visually significant that difference is? It'd look like it was on a whole different level size wise then anyone else if it was that big. It doesn't. He's close to Lec, and some other guys and the thread I linked actually does a great job at obtaining an estimate.
