I couldn't agree more. Shaved (among other things) just has too much of a prepubescent aura. I have seen a couple of porn movies, though, where the guys thought they were doing "manscaping", but got carried away and had these ridiculous, comical "poodle-puffs" left where their pubes should be.Stronzo said:

Regardless of gender, I encourage trimming and pruning of bushes, but discourage stubbing or removal.

WOW... he's HAWT! I'd have rather seem him with the "trimmed" look. Now, this is just my opinion... the completely shaved look looks better on some guys than others- but it's a case-by-case thing.
In my opinion, in-shape guys with spotty, sparse, thin, or patchy body hair look better smooth. Other than that, it depends on the guy. Some pull off the smooth look best & some pull off the hirsute look best. Some can pull off either look well. I always thought porn star Phil Bradley looked great either way. He had great body hair, but also had beautifully clear, smooth skin.
There was an old Falcon video with Mark Baxter in it that I always thought was insanely hot. He was leanly muscular, with a dark-tanned body & very hairy legs- until you get above the tan line. His ass was all lilly-white & ultra smooth save for a ring of hair around his rosebud.

To trim your pubes is ok,if shaving all clean is not so good, as you said,you will be itchy,red,and uncomfortable. but for swimming brief, you should be not to hope that your pubes come out,that is terrible.:wink:
Shaving is a personal decision. My partner and I prefer the smooth look. It can take time to achieve, but to us it's well worth the effort. I have used almost every method to remove hair (from the neck down), and each has its pros and cons. I recently bought Norelco's Bodygroom and have found that it lives to its advertising. It has cut my shaving time in half. I have used it wet or dry with great results. No nicks or cuts enen in the sensitive places. I highly recommend it those who shave regularly.

I've been shaving for years. To me the secret is to shave every day or at least every other day. Your balls will adapt to shaving just like your face does, and the rash will not return. Also, shaving more often will eliminate any itching that comes from the hair growing back in.
I have tried shaving it all off, but it was way too much work to try to keep it all smooth, so I just shave my balls, shaft and asshole, and just keep my bush trimmed back and short.

I also agree, trimming is fine but the bald look esp. down below, gross! That includes women, it need a little "dressing"!

I think I'll trim it, maybe leave a landing strim or slight 'tash. But I would never shave. Usually I just trim it. It looks pretty good.
